Only regular priced items may returned. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Items can be returned within 14 days from the day of the receiving your order.
Item should be unused, unworn , in original condition and tags attached.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us a notification email at treasureofandes@gmail.com with the reason of the return .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the amount should show up in your bank account in 2 days
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Without a tracking number package can be lost in transit or have no proof that the item was shipped.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
